Terms

1. Your initial 50 % deposit reserves your event date(s) and is nonrefundable. -50% Deposit due based on total order at the time of quote approval. -Final balance (payment) due 1-week prior to delivery.

2. We must receive the balance 1 week prior to the delivery date indicated or the contract is null and void, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. The date of your deposit is the final date for any changes in size, style or flavors to your order. Any changes requested after this date can not be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

5. We are not responsible for any damage after the order is completed and delivered.

6. On occasion, we will photograph our products and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

7. All quotes are good for 10 days.

8. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guest of the risk and hold us harmless for an allergic reaction.
